What "Reclaim Your Life in 90 Days" Actually Means
There's a version of you that used to have energy. Used to like how clothes fit. Didn't think twice about being in the photo. If you've caught yourself avoiding mirrors, dodging cameras, and telling yourself "Monday" for a few years straight. This is for you.
I didn't come to this from a fitness stage. I worked at a desk, and for years the desk won. The weight came the way it comes for everybody: slowly, politely, while I was busy. One day I didn't recognize the guy in the window reflection. So I built a protocol: lift heavy, eat like an adult, answer to somebody every single day. It worked. I got my life back. Elevate exists so you don't have to figure that out alone.
Why 90 days?
Because that's one full testing cycle here. Day one, you test your squat, bench, and deadlift. That's your starting ELEVATE Total. Ninety days later, you re-test. Long enough for your body to genuinely change. Short enough that you never get to coast.
You're not building a new you. You're taking the old one back.
What the 90 days look like
Coached sessions: 1-on-1, with a partner, or in a small group, Mon–Fri at 5:15a, 6:30a, 9a, or 6p. Food handled through nutrition coaching with a check-in on MyFitnessPal every single day, not a monthly weigh-in you can hide from for three weeks. And a room full of people who notice when you don't show up.
What it's not: a six-week shred, a contract trap, or a punishment. Everything here is month-to-month, because results should keep you coming back. Paperwork shouldn't have to.
Mind, body, spirit isn't a tagline on the wall. It's a lifestyle: the discipline to show up, the strength you build, and the faith that carries both. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" isn't decoration here. It's the operating system.
