These Terms of Service govern your use of the Elevate Barbell Club website and services. By using our site, booking a session, or purchasing training, you agree to these terms.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or using any services offered by Elevate Barbell Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2.Our Services

We provide personal training, partner training, small-group training, nutrition coaching, and related fitness services. Service details, availability, and pricing may change at any time.

3.Health, Fitness & Assumption of Risk

Physical training involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating in any Elevate Barbell Club program, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume all risks associated with physical exercise.

You confirm that you are physically able to participate and, where appropriate, have consulted a physician before beginning any exercise program. You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions or injuries to your coach.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. A separate waiver and health questionnaire may be required before your first session.

4.Bookings, Payments & Billing

Payment is due according to the plan or package you select (per session, package, or recurring monthly). Recurring memberships continue until cancelled in accordance with these terms. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

5.Cancellations & Refunds

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with adequate notice may be moved per our scheduling policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged. Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Specific cancellation and refund terms are provided at sign-up.

6.Code of Conduct

Members and guests agree to treat coaches, staff, and other members with respect, follow all facility and safety rules, and use equipment appropriately. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.

7.Communications & Text Messaging

By providing your contact information, you agree we may contact you about your account, bookings, and services. If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and branding — is the property of Elevate Barbell Club and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate Barbell Club, its owners, and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in services, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

10.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevate Barbell Club and its staff from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the services or your violation of these terms.

11.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
