What "Reclaim Your Life in 90 Days" Actually Means

There's a version of you that used to have energy. Used to like how clothes fit. Didn't think twice about being in the photo. If you've caught yourself avoiding mirrors, dodging cameras, and telling yourself "Monday" for a few years straight. This is for you.

I didn't come to this from a fitness stage. I worked at a desk, and for years the desk won. The weight came the way it comes for everybody: slowly, politely, while I was busy. One day I didn't recognize the guy in the window reflection. So I built a protocol: lift heavy, eat like an adult, answer to somebody every single day. It worked. I got my life back. Elevate exists so you don't have to figure that out alone.

Why 90 days?

Because that's one full testing cycle here. Day one, you test your squat, bench, and deadlift. That's your starting ELEVATE Total. Ninety days later, you re-test. Long enough for your body to genuinely change. Short enough that you never get to coast.

You're not building a new you. You're taking the old one back.

What the 90 days look like

Coached sessions: 1-on-1, with a partner, or in a small group, Mon–Fri at 5:15a, 6:30a, 9a, or 6p. Food handled through nutrition coaching with a check-in on MyFitnessPal every single day, not a monthly weigh-in you can hide from for three weeks. And a room full of people who notice when you don't show up.

What it's not: a six-week shred, a contract trap, or a punishment. Everything here is month-to-month, because results should keep you coming back. Paperwork shouldn't have to.

Mind, body, spirit isn't a tagline on the wall. It's a lifestyle: the discipline to show up, the strength you build, and the faith that carries both. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" isn't decoration here. It's the operating system.

Your Free Week: What Happens When You Walk In

The hardest rep of your whole first month is pulling the front door open. So let's take the mystery out of it. Here's exactly what your first seven days look like. No fine print at the end.

Day one

You meet me, we talk about where you're at and where you want to be, and then we move a little. If you're ready, we find your starting numbers on the squat, bench, and deadlift, scaled to whatever you can do today. Nobody's judging the number. Every total on our board started somewhere.

The rest of the week

Pick your lane and train it all week, free: group classes run Mon–Fri at 5:15a, 6:30a, 9a, and 6p, or we book personal sessions around your schedule. Every session is programmed and coached. You will never stand around wondering what to do. Bring shoes and water; we've got the rest.

End of the week

We sit down and talk honestly. If it's a fit, you pick a program. Everything is month-to-month, same rates for everyone. If it's not, you walk. No hard feelings, no invoice. If you don't like it, you don't pay.

All levels welcome means all levels. The person next to you was brand new not long ago, and they remember it.

Why We Test the Big Three Every 90 Days

Motivation is weather: some days you've got it, most days you don't. Measurement is climate. The scale lies to you daily, the mirror lies slower, but a loaded barbell has never lied to anybody. Either it goes up or it doesn't.

The ELEVATE Total

Squat plus bench plus deadlift. Three lifts that use your whole body, that anyone can learn, and that keep rewarding you for years. Add them up and you get one honest number: your ELEVATE Total. Hit a threshold, and your name goes up: 675 Club. 875 Club. 1000 Club. Earned, never given.

Why every 90 days

Ninety days is how long real adaptation takes: muscle, tendon, nervous system, habits. Test more often and you're chasing noise. Test less often and you start coasting. Re-test day here feels like a holiday: chalk everywhere, PR bells, people excited for each other. It's the best day on the calendar every quarter.

Progress you can't argue with beats motivation you can't find.

And eventually a number will stall. That's not failure, that's information. We adjust the programming, look at your food and sleep, and go again. That's what the coaching is for.

Sweat Equity: Miles That Mean Something

There's a board on our wall that has nothing to do with anybody's total. It's names, miles, and causes: the Sweat Equity Philanthropist board.

How it works

Pick a charity, any cause that matters to you. Run your miles or log your workouts in their name, send them to me, and the board gets updated. That's it. Your training starts counting for someone besides you.

Why bother? Because strength that only ever serves you runs out of reasons. Some days you won't want to show up for yourself. Those days come. You show up anyway, because your miles are spoken for. Purpose outlasts motivation every time.

This is mind, body, spirit lived out loud: a body doing the work, a mind keeping the promise, and a spirit pointed at something bigger than a mirror.

You can start during your free week. Pick your charity. Then pick up something heavy.
