The 5 Rules

Structured Diet
Follow a diet plan. No alcohol. No cheat meals. No exceptions. Your nutrition coach helps build a plan that works for your life.

Two 45-Min Workouts
Two every day. One must be outdoors — rain, heat, or cold. No combining them. This is where mental toughness is forged.

1 Gallon of Water
Every single day. Non-negotiable. Hydration is discipline. Discipline is identity.

Read 10 Pages
Non-fiction only. No audiobooks. Feed your mind the same way you feed your body — with intention and consistency.
