We are an exclusive community of men and women dedicated to becoming stronger in Mind, Body, and Spirit. This is not a casual gym. It’s a commitment to transformation — built on faith, forged through discipline, and proven by results.

THE FOUNDATION: THE BIG THREE

Every member trains with purpose — mastering the lifts that define true strength:
Squat · Bench Press · Deadlift.

Every 90 days, members are tested to establish their ELEVATE Total — the combined weight of their three core lifts. Your total defines your level, your progress, and your pride.

Example: Squat 300 + Bench 250 + Deadlift 325 = 875 Club. Each level represents not just pounds lifted, but potential realized — the measure of both physical and inner strength.
